Forgetful Support

Getting started

Tap the microphone, say what you need to do and when, then tap Done. Check the saved task card and correct it if needed. The + button creates a task manually.

Russian voice input

Open Settings and download the language pack. Keep enough space available and wait for preparation to finish. Voice input requires Apple Intelligence to be enabled and available on a compatible iPhone. English can use prepared system language resources without the optional pack.

Notifications

Allow notifications for Forgetful in iOS Settings. Long-press a notification to reveal its actions. Tap the notification itself to open the task. Focus and notification settings can affect alerts. If Forgetful reports limited notification coverage, reopen the app to refresh its pending schedule.

Your data

Tasks stay on the iPhone where you create them. Devices do not sync with each other. You can delete individual tasks or clear completed history from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for more details.

Contact: support@forgetful-app.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Forgetful version, and steps that reproduce the problem. Share an example with private details removed. Do not send passwords or sensitive task data.
